OUR STORY
Richard Williams
Deerchase LLC is a full service class A licensed general contracting firm founded by Richard Williams in 2003 and based in Middleburg, Virginia.
Our name comes from Deerchase Plantation (ca. 1690) in Middlesex County, Virginia. Richard’s ancestors purchased the property in 1812, and in the 1880’s his great grand-father produced the sketch of the house which we feature as our logo. The house still stands and is an inspiration to us, as we specialize in restoring historic homes and barns.
In addition, we bring our knowledge of traditional design and building techniques to renovation and new construction. We are insured and certified to work on houses contaminated with lead paint, and have been selected as a preferred contractor by Chubb Insurance Co.
Richard grew up in Middleburg and knows most of the houses around here, and their history, by name! He has longstanding relationships with the best subs in the area. Richard is known and trusted.
